Karim's culinary journey began at the tender age of 14, when he embarked on an apprenticeship at a pastry shop. Fueled by his unwavering ambition, he sought to excel in his craft and ventured to London at the age of 18 to further hone his skills. It was in the prestigious three-star Michelin restaurants of London that he found his true calling. Fast forward almost three decades, and Karim now finds himself in the Swedish culinary realm, running his own restaurant. His passion for the art of cuisine remains undiminished, as he continues to share his wealth of experience with all, his excitement still palpable, reminiscent of his very first day. Today, his culinary mastery graces the plates at Stayso Group, bearing his distinctive signature.
